On this day we commemorate all those who have passed on to a better or worse life. it is not BIG here where we are but somehow reflecting one's own life makes him wonder where the next one will be. Will they be stepping on his body six feet under? Will he be in a Jar in the livingroom? Will he be.....sanctified?...wonder.....

Funny how Halloween is so huge here in LA, a city where so many people are trying to be someone else...essentially wearing a costume 365 days a year. But for a city with such a huge Latino population, the City of Angels so maybe we should all be commemorating those that have moved on to a more joyous existence.
You perhaps would not remember it but to our generation it will always be fresh in our memories... All Saints' day, Todos los Santos, was a big day.. with people, and candles, and being with all our dead relatives. We could tell you more, it brings back so many scenes of our youth.
